The Alexandria Traffic Department seized the car of festivals singer Hamu Beka, and it was impounded and sent to a place designated for keeping cars called “the nursery.”
A force affiliated with the Alexandria Traffic Department observed that one of the cars was parked in a forbidden area on the main Fouad Street in the city center, and later Hamo Beka came.
